We were approached by the law firm, PIPLAW a personal injury practice. They wanted a branding refresh. At that time the company was serviced by another digital marketing company. PIP LAW is small business with turnover above £500,000 per year. As a new company it was challenged with attracting new clients in a crowded marketplace. We conducted a needs analysis and competitor analysis.
After several reviews of the logo, we have crafted with a final logo version
The next stage was to conceptualise the new branding to fit with the logo design and after several reviews was produced the final concept.
After all the graphic design was delivered it was time to start with the website. The first step was to make a wireframe to fit the online strategy we discussed. With having a wireframe ready in conjunction with all 2016 UX rules and the internet 3 click rules, the skeleton of the website visuals was ready.
After some process cycles of reviews and approval a final version was ready for the developers to go on with programing work The developers then conducted the programming work and included incorporating all the newest website trends such as Responsive, Pixel perfect, CMS, SEO ready, motion graphics etc.
Some of the challenges including making a custom map with all locations PIPLAW is servicing, a dynamic customer feedback system, a Personal injury calculator and a team document system. The website development team created a customised database using HTML, PHP, CSS, AJAX, JQuery.
The development of new login system for secure document sharing within the web system with full branding was a challenge for the EKO 4 Digital team. However with great planning and innovation we were able to make it and the customers of PIPLAW will have one more benefit to work with this Legal partnership. We have to make sure the system works without any defects, it is completely secure and very simple to use from both the administrators/ solicitors from one side and from the user/customer side. Please see bellow photos of the login system.
The client had a subscription with the marketing company http://www.legallybetter.co.uk/ which are handling customer opinons about the service of the company and published them on the website above. We were asked if we can extract new results from the database of this website dynamically and display them on the PIPLAW websites without any human interaction. We have accepted the challenge and tailored a bespoke algorithm which were able to extract and display not only on one but all the pages of the PIPLAW websites.
Each of these challenges was tackled with strong professional skills, innovation and ideas. After the website was completed we delivered 1 to 1 training for the team. After the main website was completed we were asked to make a mini website to generate leads and push the sales strategy. What we delivered was a clean, effective lead generation website with a special contact form.
